What is the best diet for people with heart disease,stroke and blood disorders? - blood disorders

I was thinking of changing my vegetarian diet because of my personal history and family health, including cardiovascular diseases and diseases of the blood. My friend is overweight and suffers from heart problems and diabetes. Which diet is best for us?

Soduim low diet low in fat. Avoid processed foods, fast food. Eating remain lean meat away from red meat. Try your food does not cook roast. Do not add salt. Eat vegies much green

Not a diet low in saturated fat. You need a diet that is rich in nutrients. You untrimmed red meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, yellow

DO NOT eat things that spike in blood sugar, which is exactly what the diet with low saturated .. DFAT an excuse

Our food was developed in the Paleolithic diet.



A handful of berries and vegetables per day.

And moderate exercise (some lifting, brisk walking () for nitrogen oxide, a gas) production, the arteries expand and maintain flexibility and anticoagulation


Just above the exercise with your doctor.
